UPDATE 5-20-2025
Ivermectin and Fenbendazole combination has about a 75% response rate across all cancers. While that's better than any cutting edge cancer treatment out there, I wish it was 100%. It isn't.
There is no way to predict who will respond and who won't. It's not an issue of prostate cancer. I have dozens of Prostate Cancer success stories. It comes down to the individual's unique cancer cell type. For every patient who doesn't respond, we adjust the dosing and the Ivermectin Treatment Protocol and we fight on to try and beat the cancer.
I have had several situations where 1000mg Fenbendazole didn't work, but 2000mg Fenbendazole did.

I have had situations where 1000mg Mebendazole didn't work but 2000mg Mebendazole did.
You get the idea. You can't give up if it doesn't work on the first try, that's the key. Remember, both Ivermectin and Fenbendazole are dose dependent for cancer cell killing, meaning, you have to find the right dose. This has been shown in all pre-clinical studies.
There are several issues there:
We don't have access to pure Ivermectin or Fenbendazole in North America. We should. But no one is taking action on this. Not a single billionaire is building Ivermectin or Mebendazole or Fenbendazole manufacturing in North America and it's a shame. This should be a priority. But there is not enough money in it for those who could do it.
Some patients can't handle higher doses for various reasons. This is where liposomal formulations of Ivermectin or Fenbendazole may help. No one is working on this.
Bioavailability. You have to take Ivermectin and Fenbendazole with fatty foods to increase absorption.
I hope this explanation helps. https://makismd.substack.com/p/news-scott-adams-reveals-his-prostate

Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong is a surgeon who made billions inventing cancer drugs. He says that Covid, and the vaccines that didn’t stop it, are likely causing a global epidemic of terrifyingly aggressive cancers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgZaT-OriO8
"Everyone’s situation is different, however, it is important to arm yourself with medical knowledge that cancer doctors (Oncologists) will simply not give you, because they either don’t know it, or they won’t risk their careers to save you." https://www.onedaymd.com/2024/07/ivermectin-articles-and-protocols-for.html
Ivermectin (an antiparasitic) is highlighted for its extensive safety data (billions of doses given). Discussion of Ivermectin’s possible anticancer mechanisms: it can affect cancer cell metabolism, inhibit angiogenesis, block certain enzymes (matrix metalloproteinases), and potentially curb metastasis. Though most research is preclinical, there is growing interest in moving toward human trials. Another category of antiparasitic drugs, fenbendazole and mebendazole, is introduced. Both have shown promise in animal studies and case reports for cancer, including stage IV cancers. Mebendazole is already FDA-approved for human use (as a deworming medication), and thus more clinical trials exist for it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QBnT8es28WY
World Ivermectin Day 2024: "You can use high dose Ivermectin for the majority of Cancers...this is a dose that is 5 to 10 times the dose that people were using for COVID-19". There is no money in treating aggressive cancers with High Dose Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, Mebendazole. For example, Fenbendazole and Mebendazole upregulate p53 tumor suppressor levels, that are low in people who took COVID-19 Vaccines and developed Turbo Cancer" https://x.com/i/status/1817364992288567703 for dosing see https://x.com/MakisMD/status/1808078079262130487/photo/1
