Are these videos chock full of info or what? This is a consequence of everyone’s kind support (https://nutritionfacts.org/donate/), enabling me to hire more than a dozen researchers to help me plow through the literature. I’m embarrassed to even look at some of the videos I did years ago. They’re so one-dimensional. I’m so grateful so many of you were able to see the potential and help NutritionFacts.org become what it is today. Onward and upward!
What’s that about belly fat being reduced? You must have missed the first video in this vinegar series, Does Apple Cider Vinegar Help with Weight Loss? (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/does-apple-cider-vinegar-help-with-weight-loss)
I then covered Vinegar and Artery Function (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/vinegar-and-artery-function) and will end with Optimal Vinegar Dose (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/optimal-vinegar-dose) and Vinegar Mechanisms and Side Effects (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/vinegar-mechanisms-and-side-effects).
Did I say reverse diabetes? Reverse heart disease? See, for example, Diabetes Reversal: Is it the Calories or the Food? (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/vinegar-mechanisms-and-side-effects) and Evidence-Based Medicine or Evidence-Biased? (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/evidence-based-medicine-or-evidence-biased/)

In this video, we’re going to go in-depth on the topic of blood sugars, and I’m going to debunk a big diabetes myth. This is an incredibly important topic, but it’s also very misunderstood. If you have diabetes, hypoglycemia, or you’re concerned about preventing those conditions—this video is for you.
I’m going to explain why and how people end up with conditions like type 2 diabetes and hypoglycemia. I’m going to talk about what the body burns first – fat or sugar and why it may be difficult for those who have diabetes to be on a diet and get results. I’m also going to explain what the body must have in order to stay healthy.
Overall action steps for high blood sugar and diabetes:
• Intense exercise (interval training)
• Sleep 7-8 hours
• Get your liver healthy (consume more kale)
