The subtitle and the essence of my Hydrogen Medicine book, is to combine Oxygen with Hydrogen and Carbon Dioxide. Together these gases can move medical mountains. Together these gases bring life, health and opportunities to heal the sick. https://drsircus.com/shop/ebooks/hydrogen-medicine/ http://hydrogenmedicine.info/ https://hydroproducts.info/ https://hydrogensportsmedicine.info/ *** Transcription*** As most of my readers know, I´ve been on a long one-year ride now on Hydrogen. I´ve been writing my Hydrogen Medicine book, I started exactly a year ago, published the first edition. Already contract to put it into print a second edition and these last three months, after seeing a video on H2 MINUTES by gentleman named Hubbard, and seeing the information on his video I did a revisit to the book and everything, especially about oxygen and these last two months I´ve been publishing a whole series of essays on oxygen and carbon dioxide and and cancer and this all going to the second edition, which I hope to be finished in a few weeks. Hydrogen is a revolution in medicine and the book is not just about hydrogen, it's about combining hydrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide. This is the future of medicine, especially intensive care medicine, emergency medicine, ambulance medicine. In command of the three gases gives one the most medical power. We´ve been, you know, every oxygen is already the most used or prescribed drug in the hospital it´s a drug, it is considered a drug and needs to be prescribed, but putting oxygen into the mix of hydrogen changes of the fundamental healing power of oxygen and the best example of this, is deep-sea divers who go down almost 2000 feet. They will breath, well, the world record for deep-sea diving was breathing 96% hydrogen and 4% oxygen. At 2000 feet, around 700 meters the pressure is incredible, it's very cold and the stress is very high. You can't survive down there breathing normal levels of oxygen. When the body is under incredible stress, on the verge of death or even small things like a knee problems or neuropathy of the feet or I can go on, and on and on, Hydrogen gets to the root and takes out the oxidative stress and inflammation. Oxygen also does that and carbon dioxide is also an antioxidant. Carbon dioxide and Hydrogen make oxygen safe. There is also a consequence to metabolism and oxidation. Creates a certain stress on the body. Free-radicals and hydrogen and carbon dioxide really control this. So, the future of the medicine is here, hydrogen and healings machines have been in united states for just a little over than a year, just becoming known now. My favorite machines combine hydrogen and oxygen and myself right now, I am using a pure hydrogen machine, but for oxygen I am using a EWOT exercise with oxygen therapy, combining the two, and of course, every day I use my Frovlov breathing device from Russia, and always slowing my breathing down to retain more CO2 in my blood. CO2 is very healthy. Hydrogen is very healthy, Oxygen is healthy but need to be used correctly.

Doctors and everyone else needs to understand that we flood the body with hydrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide as a first course of action. Conditions will improve fast if hydrogen and oxygen are fed continuously. Emergency room doctors, ambulance paramedics and intensive care doctors will be the first to understand the real importance of hydrogen. More Information: https://drsircus.com/shop/ebooks/hydrogen-medicine/ https://hydroproducts.info/ **Transcription** I am hooked to a AquaCure hydrogen oxygen inhalator. Use nosepiece like an oxygen concentrator and I have a site of hydrogen products (https://hydroproducts.info/ ) and I show from the industry four or five different machines. Hydrogen is the newest thing in medicine, let me take this off. You will see it function is a separate frame, this is medicine of the future. Hydrogen gas, the most basic element in the universe, we have hide the Sun and every Sun in the universe eating hydrogen for breakfast, lunch and dinner by the mountain, range folds, I mean huge quantities. Germany just launched 2 hydrogen trains. We send rocket to the space with hydrogen, we have cars, hydrogen buses. Just to give you an idea about the properties of the hydrogen gas, imagine going down 2,000 feet below sea level, deep sea diving where the pressure is incredibly intense, and it's cold, stressful. How do you stay keep a person alive down there? Well you feed them 96% hydrogen and 4% oxygen. Hydrogen gas makes oxygen safe, we need less of it, so oxygen becomes less toxic which is an issue in emergency rooms and intensive care wards. Hydrogen is the ultimate medicine. It can be used for everything, because it gets everywhere, from the tip of your nose, to your retina, to your toes. I started used this particular machine - The AquaCure in February of 2018, and I had very rapid results and the easiest way for me to feel the results is in my feet, I have had neuropathy for years and it pulled back, and the pain was reduced probably about 90%. Hydrogen - I´ve always used for myself and for my readers, always look for the most powerful therapies one can find. I am very strong person, and when I felt that when I was 60, 6 years ago, I finally felt off the wagon. I became chronically ill and felt a deep hole, I almost die 5 years ago, and have used many different therapies to bring myself, pull myself out of the hall and nothing has done what hydrogen can do. Of course magnesium kept me alive, intense oxygen treatments, but when I add hydrogen is when I really felt the difference and one can see one looks at my old videos and old pictures the difference even in my face. I look younger, I feel younger, I have more energy, my mind is bright, intense. So I am a real believer in Hydrogen. The research from intensive care applications to emergency to keep one alive in an ambulance, hydrogen is it. For treating diabetes, neurological disorders. Of course it is the lead item in the protocol. One doesn't just use hydrogen in medicine to heal oneself disease or keep oneself younger, longer. One uses full protocol and my work is exactly that. Creating a full protocol which is a hydrogen lead protocol. Hydrogen leads the physical universe, it's the bases of life. We have twice as much hydrogen inside of us than oxygen (H2O) and who since written by number 99% water, there is a lot of hydrogen. Unfortunately, if you have the wrong kind of oxygen, H+, that is a measure of acidity. The more H+ one has, the more acid one is and the less oxygen. So, hydrogen is an answer, it's a very strong answer if one is on the edge of death, in a emergency room or intensive care ward or even at home. You hook oneself up to a hydrogen machine and you put like a wind blowing away from death's door. The sick one is, the more pronounced the effect. So look at the hydrogen, take a look at my book Hydrogen Medicine, its subtitle is the key to this new approach to medicine, which is combining oxygen with hydrogen and carbon dioxide. Hydrogen is the medicine of the future, it is coming to intensive care wards, already is in China and in Japan and soon will come to Europe and the United States.

As with many cancer treatments, tumor treating fields (TTFields) target rapidly dividing tumor cells. During mitosis, TTFields-exposed cells exhibit uncontrolled membrane blebbing at the onset of anaphase, resulting in aberrant mitotic exit. Based on these criteria, at least two protein complexes have been proposed as TTFields’ molecular targets, including α/β-tubulin and the septin 2, 6, 7 heterotrimer. After aberrant mitotic exit, cells exhibited abnormal nuclei and signs of cellular stress, including decreased cellular proliferation and p53 dependence, and exhibit the hallmarks of immunogenic cell death, suggesting that TTFields treatment may induce an antitumor immune response. Clinical trials lead to Food and Drug Administration approval for their treatment of recurrent glioblastoma. Detailed modeling of TTFields within the brain suggests that the location of the tumor may affect treatment efficacy. These observations have a profound impact on the use of TTFields in the clinic, including what co-therapies may be best applied to boost its efficacy.

The processed Aloe vera gel (PAG) contains immunomodulatory polysaccharides, which consists of a mixture of polymer chains of b-(1,4)-linked acetylated galactomannan with different lengths. PAG was shown to inhibit azoxymethane(AOM)-initiated and dextran sodium sulfate(DSS)-promoted colon carcinogenesis model in mice. In the present study, we examined the molecular mechanisms for the inhibition of colitis-associated colon carcinogenesis by PAG. PAG administration significantly inhibited the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and mediators in the colon. Western blot analysis using the colon extracts showed that PAG administration reduced the activation of NF-kB resulting in the inhibition of iNOS and COX-2 expression. PAG appeared to inhibit NF-kB activation through the PPARγ activation. PAG administration also inhibited the expression and phosphorylation of STAT3, which was known to connect inflammation and cancer. PAG administration also inhibited cell cycle progression-related transcription factors such as the proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), ERK, cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 4 and cyclin D1. In contrast, PAG administration increased the expression of CDX2, which was known to be a tumor suppressor in colorectal cancers. These findings show that PAG suppresses colitis-related colon carcinogenesis by inhibiting both chronic inflammation and cell cycle progression in the colon.

Possible Prophylaxes of Aloe Vera Gel Ingestion to Butyrate Metabolism
There is a growing interest in butyrate because its impact on epigenetic mechanisms will lead to more specific and efficacious therapeutic strategies for the presentation and treatment of different disease ranging from genetic/metabolic conditions to neurological degeneration disorders. The dietary natural source of butyrate through a high fiber diet or butyrate produced by fermentation of non-digestive fiber, such as acemannan in Aloe Vera leaf gel, is a highly appealing approach to present a simple and relatively low risk method to potentially improve outcomes in aged people with brain troubles. In this review, we will discuss the pharmacological effects of butyrate as a histone deacetylase inhibitor to an insulin resistance and energy expenditure, and as pro-drugs to ulcerative colitis and cancer, and the gut-liver axis in pre-clinical treatment.

The aloe vera plant has become increasingly popular in recent years. This study aimed to research the effect of aloe vera to prevent renal and lung tissue damage in an experimental ischemia–reperfusion (I/R) injury model. The study included 21 male Wistar Albino rats, which were categorized into control group, n = 7 (no procedures), Sham group n = 7 (I/R); and aloe vera therapy group, n = 7 (aloe vera and I/R). Superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), and malondialdehyde (MDA) were evaluated from lung and kidney tissues for biochemical investigations. As histopathological, hematoxylin and eosin and anti-iNOS were also examined. In biochemical investigations, SOD, CAT, and GPx levels of the Sham group were found to be lower compared with the other groups (P < 0.05). The aloe vera therapy group was not statistically different from control groups but significantly different compared with the Sham group. In the same way, the MDA levels of kidney and lung tissues were statistically significant in the aloe vera therapy group, compared to the Sham group. In the Sham group, the peribronchial and perialveolar edema were observed in lung parenchyma. Also, excess interstitial hemorrhage, leukocyte infiltration, and alveolar wall thickening were identified in ischemic groups. The histopathological changes were much lighter than in the aloe vera therapy group. In renal tissues, excess epithelial cell deterioration, tubular desqumination, and glomerular atrophy were observed in the Sham group. The histopathological changes were markedly reduced in the aloe vera therapy  group. In the kidney and lung tissue, the level of iNOS activity in the Sham group was significantly higher than in the control and aloe vera therapy group. This study indicated that aloe vera is protective against oxidative damage formed by I/R in distant organs like the lungs and kidneys.

Soluble and insoluble fractions from nopal (Opuntia ficus) cladodes improve postprandial glycaemic regulation a crossover randomized study in healthy volunteers
Background and objectives: Type 2 diabetes has been increasing all over the world. A healthy diet, including particular functional foods is an effective strategy to prevent this form of diabetes. Nopal (Oputia ficus) is a cactus plant that, according to traditional medicine, has antidiabetic properties. The objective of this research was to examine the effects of different fractions of nopal cladodes on postprandial glycaemic regulation in healthy volunteers. Methods: Nopal cladodes flour was separated by centrifugation into two fractions (a water insoluble and a soluble fraction). The fractions were incorporated into two different test breads, i.e. insoluble fraction bread (INB) and soluble fraction bread (SNB), and evaluated with respect to acute glycaemic properties in 17 healthy subjects with normal body mass index, applying a randomized cross-over study design. The effects on glycaemic and insulinaemic responses were compared with the responses after a control product, which composed of a similar bread lacking the nopal fractions (white wheat bread, WWB). The products were characterized with respect to starch and dietary fibre content. In addition, starch hydrolysis index (HI) was determined with an in-vitro method in order to predict glycaemic index (pGI),and elucidate possibly underlying mechanisms on postprandial glycaemia. Results: Results regarding glycaemic regulation show that insoluble nopal fractions had a beneficial effect on postprandial glucose regulation. Consequently, the incremental area under the postprandial blood glucose curve (iAUC) after INB was significantly reduced compared to after intake of the WWB during the time periods 0 – 45 and 0 – 60 minutes (p < 0.05). In addition, the iPeak value, i.e. the individual highest incremental peak concentrations, was significantly lowered after INB compared to WWB (P < 0.05). Regarding the postprandial insulin secretion, both SNB and INB lowered the postprandial iAUC compared to the WWB during the time period 0 – 45 and 0 – 60 minutes (P < 0.05). On the other hand, only the INB significantly reduced the insulin iPeak value compared to WWB (P < 0.05). In terms of HI, INB had lower HI and pGI compared to WWB and SNB. Also, INB exhibited highest total, soluble and insoluble dietary fibre contents. Conclusion: The INB promoted lower postprandial glucose and insulin response, while SNB showed beneficial effects only on postprandial insulin secretion. The beneficial effects of nopal on glycaemic regulation might be to some extent explained by the dietary fibre content, especially the INB. However, with respect to the improved postprandial insulin economy observed after the SNB, additional mechanisms are probably involved.

Water Insoluble Fraction of Nopal (Opuntia ficus) Cladodes Beneficially Affects Postprandial Appetite-related Variables, while the Soluble Fraction Has No Effect
Introduction: The world has witnessed a global trend of increasing obesity, which is directly linked to non-communicable diseases, such as type 2 diabetes (T2D). The epidemic of obesity is largely associated with consumption of high calorie diets and low physical activity. Food choice and exercise have a big impact to prevent obesity and T2D making these diseases highly related to personal lifestyle. The diet is one of the most important modifiable lifestyle factors that may be used to prevent obesity. Nopal (Opuntia Ficus Indica) is a cactus plant that has its origin in Mexico and has been used as traditional medicine to prevent overweight and obesity. Since Nopal cladodes are rich in several bioactive compounds, it may be considered as a functional food. The objective of this study was to investigate the perceived effect of Nopal cladodes on appetite variables in healthy humans. Method: Two test-products with two different fractions of Nopal cladodes flour (soluble Nopal fraction bread (SNB) and insoluble Nopal fraction bread (INB)) and a control product (white wheat bread (WB)) were studied in healthy young volunteers (n=17). The subjective appetite variables (hunger, satiety and desire to eat) were measured repeatedly by using a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) during a time perspective of three hours post consumption. Results: The INB resulted in significantly improved response in appetite variables (p < 0.05) compared to the WB. After consumption of the INB, the feeling of hunger and desire to eat were reduced by 27% and 32% respectively, while the feeling of satiety was increased by 25% during the period between 15-180 min post consumption. Importantly, the INB test product also resulted in a significant reduction on hunger and desire to eat, and an increased feeling of satiety during the final hour (120-180 min), compared to the control WB. Conclusion: The results indicate that the insoluble fraction of Nopal flour may beneficially affect appetite variables in healthy young adults. The results thus suggest that Nopal may help to modulate food intake and therefore contribute to antidiabetic effects previously observed with this edible plant.
